Welcome to the February issue of the ‘From my kitchen to yours’ newsletter. As you can see there have been a few changes to the look of our newsletter and website this month.

I’m delighted to announce the winners of the first ever Del Sole prize draw.  Over 130 of you signed up but who are the lucky six that can claim their free prize?

The five runners-up who each win a free coffee of their choice are: Richard Pullin, Annie Slotland, Anna Bishop, Steve Chapman and Sara Blatcher.

First prize, with a gift card for 10 free coffees of her choice goes to Fiona Stradling. Congratulations Fiona, your card is on its way in the post.

I’d like to share with you a special heart-shaped version of the very popular ‘Erbazzone Emiliano‘ - my Italian cheese
and spinach pie, a very limited amount of which are available this week in our deli.
