Welcome to a special edition of the ‘From my kitchen to yours’ newsletter. This month I was interviewed by Laura Rowe from Bath Life magazine.

I thought they would want to publish one of my recipes as well but in the end they published three, including photos of each one!
If you haven’t yet seen a copy of the magazine I’ve uploaded all three recipes to our website and here they are for you.
As the days get longer they were designed with Spring in mind - let’s hope it’s not too far away!
